General Information: These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Wag & Wander, including our reliable pet sitting, trusted dog walking, puppy care, senior pet care, and other pet care services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Booking: We kindly ask that you book our pet care services in advance, but we understand that life can get busy! If you're in a pinch and need reliable pet sitting or trusted dog walking, don't hesitate to get in touch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellation: We completely understand that plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your pet care services, we simply ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of the service, we charge a small 50% cancellation fee to help us manage our schedule and time for our reliable pet sitting and trusted dog walking services. We appreciate your understanding!
Dog Walking: We offer reliable dog walking services with varying lengths to suit your pet’s energy levels and needs. Our trusted dog walking professionals will adjust walks if weather conditions require it or if your pet needs more rest.
Pet Sitting & Check-ins: Our pet care services include reliable pet sitting, where we provide feeding, watering, and companionship for your pet. If you have any special requests, just let us know!
Additional Services: For multiple pets or any extra requests, there may be an additional charge for our reliable pet sitting and trusted dog walking services. We’ll always communicate this with you upfront.
Late Arrivals / Delays: We strive to provide reliable pet sitting and ensure timely service, but occasionally, delays may occur due to weather or traffic. If we’re running late, we’ll keep you updated and make sure your pet is still receiving the best care through our trusted dog walking and pet care services.
Holiday Charges: Please note that there will be an additional charge for any bookings made on public holidays or bank holidays. This is necessary to ensure our pet care services can accommodate the increased demand during these busy times. Whether you need reliable pet sitting or trusted dog walking, the additional charge will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
