General Information: These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Wag & Wander including dog walking, pet sitting, puppy care, senior pet care, and other pet-related services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Booking: We kindly ask that you book our services in advance, but we understand that life can get busy! If you're in a pinch, don't hesitate to get in touch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellation: We completely understand that plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of the service, we charge a small 50% cancellation fee to help us manage our schedule and time. We appreciate your understanding!
Payment: Payment is due on the day of the service, and we accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal, If you'd like to settle payment before the service, just let us know, and we`ll be happy to accommodate.
Health Requirements: We ask that your pet is in good health and up-to-date on vaccinations. If your pet has any specific medical conditions or needs, please let us know, so we can provide the best care possible.
Safety: The safety and comfort of your pet are our top priorities. We always ensure pets are on a leash during walks and are safely transported when needed. If we feel there is any risk to your pet’s safety, we will discuss it with you.
Aggressive Behaviour: We understand that some pets may have behavioural quirks. If your pet shows signs of aggression that could affect their safety or others, we may need to adjust the service. Our goal is always to keep everyone safe and comfortable.
Unruly Pets: If your pet has particular needs, such as pulling on the leash or excessive barking, we will work with you to make sure the service is enjoyable for both your pet and us.
Dog Walking: We offer dog walks of varying lengths, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your pet’s energy levels and needs. Walks may be adjusted if weather conditions require it or if your pet needs more rest.
Pet Sitting & Check-ins: Our pet sitting services include feeding, watering, and providing companionship for your pet. If you have any special requests, just let us know!
Additional Services: For multiple pets or any extra requests, there may be an additional charge. We’ll always communicate this with you upfront.
Late Arrivals / Delays: We do our best to be on time, but occasionally, delays may happen due to weather or traffic. If we’re running late, we’ll keep you updated and make sure your pet is still getting the best care.
Holiday Charges: Please note that there will be an additional charge for any bookings made on public holidays or bank holidays. This helps us accommodate the increased demand during these busy times. The additional charge will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Liability: We are fully insured for accidents or injuries that happen during our time with your pet. However, we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or illnesses. We’ll always do our best to ensure your pet’s safety and well-being.
DBS: I confirm that I, the sole operator of this website and its services, have undergone a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. This ensures that I meet the necessary safeguarding standards and have been vetted for any criminal records or other relevant information.
Pet Tansportation: If we are transporting your pet, we take every precaution to make sure they’re safe and comfortable. We are happy to provide updates during transportation so you can feel at ease.
Photos and Updates: We love sharing updates on your pet’s day! With your permission, we may send photos or videos of your pet and occasionally share them on our social media. If you’d prefer not to receive updates or have your pet featured, just let us know!
Data Protection: We respect your privacy! Any personal information provided is kept confidential and will only be used to provide our services. We’ll never share your details without your consent.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may update these terms from time to time. If any changes are made, we’ll notify you in advance, so you’re always in the loop.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
